someone who generally shops at walmart with nasty sweatpants and a grotesque, skank, stained white t-shirt tucked in. on any given day you can go into wal-mart and see scuzz.

I went to Scuzz-Mart the other day... I saw a whole bunch of skanky scuzz people... I thought I had contracted AIDS.

A person that may appear a bit dirty all the time. Someone that doesn’t shower everyday. Usually has oil, dirt, paint, or something making their clothing appear dingy or grimy. Probably doesn’t have running water or electricity in their house. A hobo-esque person that knows the struggle and lives in survival mode.

Damn, Kelso’s a definitely a scuzzle. Look at her messy hair and bleach stained clothes.
