Coined by Kevin Smith's recent movie "Zach and Miri Make a Porno" by the character Lester the Molester..It involves 2 people(1 male and 1 male or female). The male takes out his dick and places his own hand on his dick, the other "person" grasps his open arm and moves it in a circular type motion, thus jerking him off.
