Used as an insult for someone who buys cheap, clothes or products online— typically made of polyester, elastane and other synthetic materials.

Can refer to:
1. Someone who dresses head-to-toe in fast fashion from sites like Shein, Temu, Fashion Nova, AliExpress etc.

2. Someone who tries to save money by buying knockoff or low-cost versions of things (clothes, car seats, etc.), only to end up with shit-quality sweatshop slop.
