(or Skuf) A Russian-speaking-community-origin slang term for a man, usually 30+, who has given up on himself both physically and mentally. The archetypal scoof is balding, potbellied, poorly groomed, and convinced that deodorant and shaving his armpits are gay. He spends his days in a stained wifebeater and flip-flops, rotting on a couch while watching conspiracy theories and political streams, with a bottle of Pabst Blue Ribbon in hand. Too lazy to even comment, he just mumbles angrily at the screen. A scoof isn't just an out-of-shape dude; he's the embodiment of self-neglect, intellectual stagnation, bitterness, and zero ambition to improve himself.

I've spent the whole weekend at home playing Duke Nukem and drinking beer. I'm turning into a total scoof!
