A fit of uncontrollable laughter that may overcome a person who has been correctly accused of a small offense. The guilty giggles will reveal a persons guilt despite the fact that they are still trying to cover it up.

Dad got the guilty giggles when Nicole accused him of eating the last piece of ice cream cake.

unresponsi-guilty

To be guilty of something, but not responsible for it. An excellent example is what happened to our illustrious president William Jefferson Clinton. He was guilty of receiving oral from a woman not his wife, but was not responsible because (1) Monica did it to him, and (2) any REAL MAN I know would not turn down a blowski. How could he resist? Very much like leaving a thousand dollars on a desk, then leaving the room. If that thousand is gone when you return, whoever took it is guilty, but not responsible.

Black-over-Woman Guilt

The collective guilt felt by many liberals for preferring Barack Obama over Hillary Clinton as the 2008 Democratic Presidential Nominee. This enabled Barack Obama, would later win the 2008 Election, to become the first "black" president instead of Hillary Clinton becoming the first "woman" president. Also known as Barack-over-Hillary guilt.

Person 1: "Hey, do you feel bad voting for Obama instead of Hillary?"
Person 2: "Yes. It was a hard choice.. the first black president or the first woman president."
Person 1: "You've got black-over-woman guilt."
