A worthless idiot who doesn't give a good goddamn about the troops. A jerk that refuses to supply our troops with needed equipment and armor. Thinks that soliders are ungrateful when they ask for the right supplies.
1/4 of the casualties could've been prevented if the soliders had appopriate armor.
