Get the Urban Dictionary Egoistmug. A subpar fan-made game of the sleeper-hit grammy winning award manga named "Blue Lock". A game usually associated with high amounts of toxicity and egocentrism. If you ever meet an Egoist player on the streets, remember to always keep the strap on you and be prepared to bolt. Usually they are unable to run quick due to their high body fat percentage, however some of them are very akin to a character from said manga named "loki". These are the ones you need to watch out for, especially in the dark since you can't see them.
*night time*
Person 1: "Jee-wiz.. Did I just hear someone scream something?"
Egoist player (Person 2): "HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE THE CLOWN OF MY STORY?!"

Get the Egoistmug. The ‘Egoist deku animation’ (or whatever you call it) is an mha villain deku animation with the song ‘Egoist’ by Parsley Onuma. However it’s now apparently inappropiate according to YouTube.
It’s a very good animation and probably the one good thing the mha fandom has ever created.

Get the Egoist Deku Animationmug. A dedicated fan (or dedicated egoist) who's part of the ALTER EGO Wiki community. The phrase was originally created as the ALTER EGO Wiki was operating a fan cult for the game called 'Alteruism,' which fans can sign up for. It provides its members (cultists) with the latest leaks and speculations for the game found nowhere else during its development stage.
Over time, the term slipped out of that context, and people began using it as a nickname for all ALTER EGO fans. This is, of course, a misnomer, since the original meaning was about those super-involved, almost obsessive community members who lived and breathed everything ALTER EGO. Still, the name stuck, and nowadays you'll sometimes see it tossed around loosely to mean "fan of ALTER EGO" in general.
