To anally surprise someone. It is basically anal sex, but with a twist. It basically goes like this: one second you are stationary and there is no one behind you, the next you're getting bumrushed by someone who you are unfamiliar with, you just got anally surprised. Hense "bumrushed"

So lets say you are walking down the street, there is no one around you, a nice breeze is blowing through on this wonderfully warm and sunny day. You decide to stand still and take a moment to appreciate the things around you. You notice the green grass, the warm sun and the colorful houses. Before you know it there is a strange man/woman standing behind you, bumrushing you. They must have quietly snuck up on you somehow, you got anally surprised, you got bumrushed.
