El Retardo

"El Retardo" is the name of a fictional, Mexican vigilante that seeks justice but always fails becouse of the mistakes he makes which are results of the fact that he is mentally slow. (retarded)

Although, the phrase "El Retardo" is most of time used to describe an indevidual with very low intelligence by comparing that person to that super-hero.

Even though El retardo tried to stop the criminal, he failed becouse he forgot who he was after in the middle of an intense chase

"You are dumber than El Retardo, you know that?"

"Oh no, look out! It's El Retardo!Beware of his low intelligence!"

Sudden Onset of Hyper Retardism

An infectious disease which causes the victim to frequently act in an extremely retarded manner, may it be in the form of making whale noises while clapping their hands like a seal, or staring at the ceiling while drooling helplessly and laughing as if possessed.

Symptoms include, but are not limited to:
* Wailing making whale noises
* Suddenly yelling 'Iowa' in an extremely retarded manner
* Laughing helplessly after making a bad joke or thinking about something remotely dark
* Acting autistic in public
* Making weird noises which include, but are not limited to, 'IOWAAAA', 'HUEEEEE', 'KEKKEKKEK' etc.

Person 1: "Hey, did you hear about John?"
Person 2: "Yeah, he was fine at the party until he had a Sudden Onset of Hyper Retardism... poor fellow lost it then and there and passed away making whale noises."

Person 1: "I couldn't stop laughing after reading the word 'special assembly' and imagining a bunch of students standing in lines, staring at the sky with their heads crooked, drooling from their mouths and endlessly laughing."
Person 2: "Yeah, well, you had a Sudden Onset of Hyper Retardism. Relatable."
