a boss or worker who talks in circles about things irrelevent to the job during explainations to make it appear that he is knowledgeable when he hardly is. someone who bullshits their way into a position and blows it.

Ogle-Bear

an ogle-bear is a verb. it can happen in many ways.

1. spend alot of money on a hobby you plan on pursuing. pursue it for a short time, and give up.

2. do something that makes your friend say "God Dammit (name)."

3. Tell your friends all your random ideas. start each idea explanation idea with "you know what would be cool....." or, "i saw this one thing........"

4. wear the gear, talk the talk, but not walk the walk.

Man, steve is such an Ogle-Bear. Like he really ever goes rock climbing.

Dark, wrap-around sun glasses useful for allowing a man (or appreciative woman) to ogle hot chicks in the vicinity, without having to overtly turn one's face in the direction of the hot chick.

Thank goodness I remembered my Ogleys. There are a lot of hot chicks around here, and I don't want to get caught ogling.
