the extremely horrifying, unattractive disease (not a medical disease) when a woman or man tried to squeeze into a pair of pants three sizes too small for them, resulting in the overflow of flab, rolls, junk and extra skin over the top of the pants.

The new fashion craze sweeping poverty stricken cities worldwide, where young women who make babies end up in a welfare induced state, wearing the undersized clothes they have left over from their promiscuous, childless, highschool days. The result being that their gut fat is squeezed downwards to their pant line, where it becomes sandwiched between two tight areas resulting in protrusion. A process very similar to the formation of mountains between continental plates.
