Baim stands for body aim. It's a commonly used word in CS:GO HvH (Hack vs. Hack). Usually, setting head as the target is the best option but when someone's cheat can't resolve (hit) other cheater, he might start baiming - aiming for the body, which is extremely annoying and cheap.
