Fatigue set by scrolling endlessly down a page for info; that exasperation coming from knowing a thing being there yet having to scroll endlessly for finding it.

Man, I recalled a nice article I read in Twitter at breakfast but couldn't find it by lunch as I grew scrolligued looking for it.

A combination of Straw-Manning and Trolling.
Strolling is when a person deliberately attempts to invoke an irrational response or argument. Strolling, if done successfully, will provoke and expose a genuinely held bad argument rather than disengenuously create one in order to mischaracterize an opponents argument.
