Nickelodeon

A great Kid's TV Channel until the mid-90's when it began to suck. It had supa-fly shows such as Clarissa Explains It All, The Adventures Of Pete and Pete, Doug, Salute Your Shorts, Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Ahh! Real Monsters, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Figure it Out and etc. Then they started to slowly decline as they kept replacing the cast of All That, made a new version of Double Dare called Double Dare 2000. Their good cartoons were taken off the air and their ok cartoons such as Rugrats, got worse and worse. They occasionly had a good show like Invader Zim but was cancelled probably cuz faux-punks who shop at Hot Topic started wearing Gir and Zim pins and T-shirts. Now they just suck and show crappy shows such as ChalkZone, Fairly Oddparents, Zoey 101, and Unfabulous.

Man, i miss Old School Nick.

Nickelodeon

A station that once broadcasted legendery tv shows. Now it fails miserably. Viewers had hope for when it showed great programs such as Invader Zim and Avatar. But naturally, because everyone liked these shows, it became the number one priority of the network to cancel them as soon as possible forever.

Nickelodeon sucks!
Drake and Josh are funny on nickelodeon, not
Avatar was a great show, until Nickelodeon stopped showing new episodes for like a year.

Nickelback Rule

The Nickelback rule is to be invoked whenever a jukebox playing random songs inadvertently stumbles upon a Nickelback tune. The rule requires a listener to immediately insert money into the jukebox so as to hastily dispatch the aforementioned Nickelback "song."

Wayne: Hey man, you got a dollar?
Dan: Why?
Wayne: "Rockstar" just came on, Nickelback rule is in effect.

2000's nickelodeon

The time when Nickelodeon was still worth watching. There were a handful of good shows such as Jimmy Neutron, Drake and Josh, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Invader Zim etc. Spongebob was good back then. Nickelodeon really died when they made that garbage ass Fanboy and ChumChum show.

2000's Nickelodeon is 10 times better than 2010's Nickelodeon

Nickelodeon

A once good TV channel that once aired hilarious shows like the older Rugrats, Kenan and Kel, Angry Beavers, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, the original All That (with Kenan and Kel, and there were hilarious skits like Good Burger, Ear boy Kenan's Super Dude and Coach Kreeton) the original Doug (instead of new and dried out version made for Disney).

Now Nick's glory days on over with. The new Nickelodeon shows of Late-90's was the cataclysm for Nick's downfall when they aired half-assed, dried shows. After Half-assed shows like the Wild Thornberries, New All-That and Rocket Power were aired things just got regressivly worse for Nickelodeon, Nick tried to fight back from it's incompetence with a hilarious show like Invader Zim, but then Nick endured more shelling when Zim was cancelled.

If you think the Wild Thornberries and Rocket Power were bad, those shows are nothing compared to the complete crapapalooza they show nowadays. It is highly doubtful that Nickelodeon can recover...We should restore dignity to the once good TV network by mothballing it. It's much better than to see it living like it is now.

Person who cranes, stains or otherwise awkwardly turns their head and stares while passing the scene of something interesting (usually morbid in nature).

This is usually seen and performed while driving past the scene of an accident, or any other incident where there are police, firemen or ambulances with lots of flashing lights.
