dorm dictator

Someone who likes to control dorm life to the fullest, and loves power so much that he (or she?) will actually set up and encourage situations of absolutely chaos so they can set the law and act like they are preserving order.

Generally, dorm dictators are very fat and ugly and never can get sex, so they will sabotage anyone else's chances at such activites.

Steve is a fatass retard and he was a dorm dictator. He's planning to commit suicide by eating Carl's Jr. I think a shotgun would be cheaper.

Online Dictator

An internet troll that tries to tell others what to do including telling them that just because they're not the target age for kids shows that they should stop watching them, and that they are nothing but lulzworthy if they are a furry that believes they are fursonas, they also call their victims basement dwellers even if they go outside or don't own a basement.

They try to dictate the lives of their victims and order them around to the point of limiting their freedom.
