One who steals from or hurts others, but justifies the action with invalid logic.

After stealing my wallet the moofius responds with: "I can either give back the wallet, and gain nothing and become labled a thief. Or I can run away, gain 14 dollars and still be labled a thief. So either way i'm going to end up loseing, so I might as well choose the path that is better for me."

The front of the female reproductive organ, the "vagina" mooey being a replacement for the term bijingo frequently used to describe that paticular part of the anatomy. Stemming from the use of the word in the office as a substitute for words that would otherwise be inappropriate.
