Someone who exceeds the limits of being a normal douche, a douchebag, or even a douche canoe. 1 douche and a half = 50 douche canoes. Inspired by the M35 2-1/2 ton military cargo truck ("deuce and a half").

person 1: What's with the parade of douche and a halfs?
person 2: They want to make America great again.
person 1: Great for Putin?
person 2: Yeah, pretty much...and for late-night TV hosts.

all wool and a yard wide

A term derived from the garment industry, meaning of high quality and/or genuine. Since material that was made of one consistent fibre, such as wool, was often thought of as being best for clothing, and since fabric that was made in yard widths was best for hand tailors to work on, this was considered the criteria for excellence.

A:" Have you seen the new girl in the accounts department?"
B:"Oh, yeah - All wool and a yard wide, with those legs!"

(n.) Where two masculine gay or bisexual men, often closeted, meet for some outdoor physical activity such as hiking or surfing, followed by the consumption of beer, with the understanding that they will have sex in the course of the day.

all that and a bag of chips

To mean that a person is all that and more. Usually it is an opinion and the only one who thinks it is that person. Other people usually don't believe the person is "all that and a bag of chips." The word chips can be replaced by almost any other word. Such as “all that and a bag of cookies.” Or “all that and a bag of candy.” Just to name a couple.

"That bitch thinks she is all that and a bag of chips."
