something that can refer to a human being that is utterly stupid and ridiculously useless in every way. If you were in a car you would make them sit in the boot because they have no IQ and feel it is a seat.

A scrap as a sample. A representative sample of a thing, made by removing a scrap of the original item. Used mainly in remodeling homes, boats, etc., where the original item is too large to be brought whole to a paintshop for color matching or a lumberyard for comparison to available products.

Go get a scrample of that siding so we can match the grooves at the store.
