Maeecha is this super friendly girl who can be a bit quiet around new people, but when she's with her friends, she becomes the life of the party! She's always cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. Some people might think she's a bit immature because of her playful nature, but she's also really respectful to everyone. It's awesome to see how she can switch between being quiet and loud, all while staying respectful. Maeecha's are awesome.

A term popular in North Carolina from 2010 till about 2014 that reffered to a Black and Mild cigar. Esp if it was Summertime blend, wine, or jazz flavored.
