This term is usually used to describe a woman who lurks in back allies, around your local dumpsters, or your nearest trashcans. It is typical to find her feeding on old garbage, ally cats, and drunken men from the bar.
A synonym for such a woman, could also be "Black Betty."

Man; Did you watch the news last night?
Man's friend; Yeah dude. I guess they got another Bleyxen behind the bar last night.
