The cutest sweetest guy ever. He has a dirty mind and makes those jokes a lot. He puts his friends and family before him and every Puggly Wuggly has a kitten (a girl he loves). He is always there to make his kitten smile and make her laugh. Puggly Wuggly is loyal and literally the best guy you will be a Puggly Wuggly
