Venturetard

Male or female junior officers posted to Venture (the Naval Officer Training Center in Victoria, British Columbia), and awaiting training. These individuals commonly have a superiority complex and know that despite knowing nothing, they are still better than you are.

Their days are spent sitting on their brains, contemplating how best to kiss ass while throwing the person to his/her left under the bus.

Most Venturetards will go on to become MARS Officers. Both groups are hated equally, however, within the Canadian Navy.

I got caught not saluting some Venturetard yesterday; apparently they have value despite their abject uselessness.
