The term was coined by The Eternal Kingdom in 2022 due to their members of texan origin being responsible for majority of moderation warnings for hate speech and controversial memes despite all the people involved not really knowing each other yet exhibiting similar behaviors, however what made the term get coined were other instances of similar behavior by completely unrelated people from texas in other communities as well despite the fact some of them are members of minority groups themselves.
