Saggy bagger

A male who has an average to below average sized penis yet insists on purchasing/using condoms made for an extra large penis (ie Trojan magnums) and in doing so creates a loose fitting or saggy condom when placed on their penis.

That saggy bagger seriously tried using a magnum on his five inch penis so I had to bail.

scallywag/carpet-bagger

During reconstruction after the civil war in the southern U.S. there were notherners who came down who were called scallywags and carpet baggers. The word scallywag meant troublemaker and carpet-bagger was an allusion to the bags carried by the norther buisness men who came just to profit. The use of both of these terms was in effect of any person seen as one of these type of people, regardless of race.

I learned about people who former confederate supporters reffered to as scallywags and carpet-baggers in My U.S. history class in 11th grade when the unit vocabulary was being discussed.

A small constituency of upper middle class and piddling rich folks, often with advanced degrees, who tend to be moderately liberal on social issues and moderately conservative on fiscal issues. They all long for a “technocratic” leader who will listen to the experts (the middle way folks!) to enact sensible policies (supported by the middle way who benefit directly from them).

Darieners, or people from the rich, preppy town of Darien,as they are called from their peers from the rival town of New Canaan. this word is used to describe these douschebags from darien, hence D-baggers. D-baggers are mostly characterized as being rich, alcoholic/junkies, and attempting to be ghetto.

Dude, did you see that d-bagger over there in his blue and white basketball shorts?
