Scratch and Grounder

1. Two antagonists from the 1993 cartoon Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog. The pair, Scratch: a robotic chicken with the most grating laugh, and Grounder: a talking green tank/ drill-thing with a billion accesories, a real dumbass. These dumbfucks were Robotniks Henchmen, and often failed and easly tricked.

2. A pair of assholes that never go away. Usually, one is a jock,and the other is short and fat. Also tend to be pissed off retards.

Scratty

An object or person with a scruffy, dishevelled, unkempt or cheap appearance. Tatty trainers and unwashed clothes complimented by greasy hair that hasn't been taken to a barber for a good few months, let alone seen shampoo would constitute a 'scratty' appearance. A cheap brand of clothes with little style could be described as 'scratty'. A tacky town or city could be branded 'scratty'.

1: "Have you seen Dave's new car?"
2: "The B reg metro?"
1: "Yeah."
2: "Yeah, it's scratty."

1: "Dude, scratty Anne has a new hair do, have you seen it?"
2: "Yeah, looks like she cut it herself."

1: "All those drugs have made Pete Doherty look really scratty."
2: "Agreed."

1: "I went to bradford to see some friends over Easter."
2: "What was it like?"
1: "To tell the truth, it was downright scratty."

Saratoga

An ultra wealthy town in Northern california. It has some of the highest rated schools in the nation, and host many billionaires. Seriously, the poor in saratoga have only 1 HD flat panel. The only town in the world where one can play punch lambo, rather than punch bug, there are that many rare cars there. Everyone in the area is a certifiable genius. Even the guys who smoke weed everyday will get into a 4 year college.
