Typically, a player gets outplayed by another player with an arrogant name like "I_Never_Lose". The losing player, who thought he was winning the whole time, feels extremely stupid. The losing player's anger overwhelms him and he cusses at the other players, punches his monitor and or keyboard, and logs offline extremely quickly, usually by ripping his internet cord out of the wall.
