Crawling inside your bellybutton

Someone who wants to literally be their significant other/friend/acquaintance. They constantly need to be touching you or around you, and if they don’t see you for a day, they complain about it. If someone they like to be around hangs out with other friends without them, they also complain about it. They are obsessed with quantity over quality.
