A Clanuss or a Clowns Anus is usually used to describe a dimwited person who makes people laugh after showing upmost stupidity and incompetence when it comes to preforming simple tasks . A Clanuss often times makes people laugh at their sheer lack of competence hence why they are called a clowns anus.
