A tool never has a shred of sympathy for anyone but themselves. These people are "born different" in that they're incapable of empathy. Thus only useful to those that know how to play them for what they're worth, to use them like the tool they are. Tool is still such a relevant insult, that is unfortunately almost forgotten in a hyper internet age
