A person who threatens people who are annoying to them or a person who likes someone and says that "I am not giving up on them" when they never really tried in the first place but somewhat tried, then try's to get the people out of there way if they are close to that person they like.

Hey Jeff, did you know I like that kid over there?
No I didn't know, but you have no chance with him!
So i'm not giving up on him.

The word “stoopid” is used when people are acting strange and stupid. “Stoopid” is worse that just stupid because it just shows how dumb you are that you don’t even have to spell it right. The word “stoopid” can also be used when you are annoyed about something and you just use that word instead of “shit.”
