Verb, intransitive.
For a song or even movie clip to "shuffle on" is for it to appear on a randomised playlist (which is said to be "shuffled").

Sluffalufagus

A cop that produces a low volume of traffic citations. Generally the only written citations are for accidents. These officers can sometimes be found hiding in parking decks or behind a church. Used almost exclusively in the central Virginia area.

That Sluffalufagus only has three traffic tickets for the month, someone must have been speeding in the deck.
