The act of eating salty foods, and (ideally diarrhoea) shitting it out next day to get a salty sludge. This is to then use it in small doses to season the food of someone you dislike.

Seltengut sell-ten-goot is something, usually referring to music or tv shows, that is rare or hardly ever heard about, but is actually good. Essentially, it's a synonym for "underrated".

Breakcore is quite a seltengut genre, dontcha think?
