Get the Emomug. Usually jealous teens who cut themselves and complain about how shitty their life is, when really, all they want is attention. People who cant fit in with the outgoing kids and despise preps. Most of them have fun by getting high or drunk because they dont know how to do anything else with their lives. These kids usually cloth themselves in black and ripped up skinny jeans and cake there eyes with black liner. Do not ever befriend an emo for they will do nothing but bring down your mood and drag you with them through their shitty lives.

Get the Emomug. A person who has a lot of emotion and likely cries over issues that most people would shrug off. A person who can also be angry at many aspects of their life. Being a true emo person has absolutely NOTHING to do with clothing style, hair style, the people they associate with, or how they talk. You are not an 'emo' or acting 'emo' if you think that being an 'emo' means wearing black, having some multi-coloured or crazy hairstyle, cutting, talking about death, or wearing tight clothes ECT. In other words, a true emo could be viewed as a person who is overly sensitive on the sadness/happiness spectrum.

Get the Emomug. Emo is a music style. Some describe it as teenagers who are always depressed and cut themselves. To call someone emo would be saying that they are music. To say, "Hey you emo kid" would be improper. The correct way to use emo in a sentence would be, "I'm into this emo music" Emo is none other than a style of music. To say otherwise would be rude. Using emo as an insult is stereotypical.
