Morning dash

When you wake up late for work or class and run to the shower, hop in and eat a soggy poptart, followed by brushing and flossing your teeth while at the same time expelling urine and if needed, pooping. The whole process should be under 3 minutes in length.

Other morning things, such as clipping toenails or fingernails may also be done in the shower if done fast. Masturbation may only be done if done so under 60 seconds so it may not be suitable for females unless they can achieve a quick climax.

Jon woke up late for class and had to swap his usual routine of reading the newspaper and sipping coffee for a morning dash. Unfortunately Jon had to take a fat poop and it clogged the shower drain.
