I had a huge project to do today that my outlook calendar pop-up reminded me of. I clicked snooze for 24 hours and e-procrastinated it until tomorrow.

When you are dreading and worrying about doing something so much you do it earlier than intended.

"Did you do your homework last night"
"Yeah, I was gonna wait till 8 but I anti-procrastinated and did it at 7"

Doing something, anything, other than the thing you are supposed to be doing. Avoiding the assigned task by completing unrelated tasks.

Steven actively procrastinated by cleaned the entire house to avoid doing his tax returns.
