Papi-Chulo In Varsity or P.I.V ,Often thought of as Pinnacle Internet Viewer(used for grade checking in High schools in Florida areas) , its true meaning is intended towards Freshman in highschool who have achieved the varsity level , or any person who eventually reaches the varsity level in any sport doing something amazing, Papichulo Means Sexy-Daddy in spanish. It can be termed for college players also. The Term M.I.V can be substituted for women but is not as popular. M.I.V (Mami-Chula In Varsity) or (Sexy-mama In Varsity)
