Plus-rep

The act of +repping or +rep, is the term used for boosting other peoples reputation on Xbox Live, by submitting good feedback to your friends. Also Plus-rep is used after somebody has just over excelled, they have gained reputation for their actions (+rep).

Guy Number 1: "Omg, I just headshotted three people and roundhouse kicked on to the groin!"
Guy Number 2: "Plus-Rep for that my friend!"

bad rep report

Formally 'negative reputation report', occassionally 'bad reputation report', most commonly 'bad rep report' and sometimes 'bad rep rep' is a complaint sent to Microsoft about another Xbox Live user. Bad rep reports are usually used as a threat to other Xbox Live users, particularly by sore losers and players who think they are leet and thus bad rep reports are sometimes called 'a noob's best friend'.

Filing a bad rep report does next to nothing in either the short-term or long-term, and is generally a waste of time to do. However, it does help arrogant players feel re-assured that they are better than everyone else.

I was playing some Domination on Wasteland yesterday and some kid was chatting to his friends loudly. I politely asked him if he'd move the conversation to a private party chat and then suddenly he started insulting me and filed a bad rep report on me for "trash talking".

When your lifting weights and you struggle to get those last few reps in on your set so you use your extreme mental power to push your body past the point of failure.

Your muscles start to give out and you cannot finish the rep without help in desperation and with crazy awesome mental skill you use your mind to push your muscles past the point of failure and to finish the REP .OH WoW IM AMAZING I just did a JEDI REP. Boom !!

Someone who isn't committed enough to aim high.
Instead of aiming for the full 12 reps, they say they will do 10 reps. This is cowardly because it means they aren't pushing themselves to the limit.

Don't be a 10 rep coward, you should aim higher.
