One who Acts selfishly only doing what benefits them and will do anything to make a quick regardless if it makes people suffer or whom they run over. Who's loyalty & faithfulness is for sale. Is often known as a scrooge or Grinch and is a trait of the parsimonious.
That self seeker only knows me when he needs something and last time I asked him for help it costed me half my paycheck.
