traumabooking

when a person, who has been recently affected by a traumatic event of which they are in denial, writes status updates, comments, posts and replies with complete and utter sarcasm, offending their unfunny friends, not caring, and realizing they're funnier than before the traumatic event.

a few examples of traumabooking:

a) "wow. i'm sorry to hear about your awful day at work. sounds rough. i am pretty sure that me having a kid with cancer TRUMPS your slow internet, annoying co-worker who talks too loud, and your decreased salary due to your lack of sales. nice try though!"

b) "i loved looking at the pictures of your beautiful wedding! thanks for sharing! you do realize, however, that in the company "how long will they last" pool, i went with 2 kids and 5 years. good luck!"

Trauma Queen

A person (generally female) who acts as if she is severly dysfunctional for attention. Similar to a Drama Queen, except Trauma Queens play the "little lost girl" role. Usually she will tell you a heartbreaking story of being abused, raped, incarcerated, or hospitalized and suffering from severe emotional disorders. They frequently have fake nervous breakdowns or "wrist cutting episodes" where they scratch their arms up a little with a safety pin.

Kate says she is having catatonic episodes again from being raped in a Turkish prison, lol, what a Trauma queen.

Facebook trauma (or Status infliction) occurs when a 'friend' you sill have feelings for gushes about their new lover. A source of deep agony.

- I have the best girlfriend ever!

- We're moving in together

The sense of anxiety one feels after posting a new status to one's Facebook timeline. Generally induced by the fear the status won't garner enough Likes, won't be seen by the right people, or doesn't properly craft one's image.

Michael suffered from post traumatic status disorder when his photo of dinner at The French Laundry only got 7 Likes.

Trams

A form of sarcasm used to say that someone is an idiot or not smart. The word originated at CPA in Nashville, TN from spelling "Smart" backwards. It is often said in a high-pitched voice to add to the sarcasm.

Traumatic Turd Syndrome

(n.) An emotional upset created upon having to plunge a toilet with an ugly, smelly, hairy turd in it. Said to be so upsetting that the person plunging the toilet gags and often becomes nauseated . The worst case scenario is the turd not going down, and withering from the toilet bowl to the floor, where the person with the plunger has to run to avoid a spattering or being bitten.
In most cases immature plungers are said to experience Ophidiophobia, ((fear of snakes)), You may suffer from snake phobia due to a childhood incident or maybe because of societal upbringing. Most people are afraid of turds for it is their belief that the turd ((as it relates to the form of a snake)) is a form of evil and that it can cause complete destruction in life.

Tommy was leaning against the wall , just outside the bathroom entrance with a plunger in his hand, he was shaking and holding his nose. I knew right away that Tommy had the Traumatic Turd Syndrome.
