When someone retains your money. When you are owed money but that person is holding it for no reason.

My boss must be financially constipated. I haven't recieved my pay cheque for a month!!

opinionatedly constipated

A condition that is developed by keeping one's own opinions to oneself as to not "rock the boat." Especially common for those who keep their opinion's to themselves on social media, often writing paragraphs of opinions in response to others, only to delete them to avoid a war with friends. This condition becomes especially unhealthy when developing ignorant friend circles and being exposed to ludicrous shit on a constant basis.

Heather became opinionatedly constipated after making friends with idiots on Facebook during a presidential election season.

1. So full of shit nothing credible can get in.
2. Just won't let go of the bullshit.

Usually caused by propaganda and or confirmation bias.

He's mentally constipated in that he still believes regardless of fact, the election was stolen.

Emotionally Constipated refers to someone who struggles to express deep-seated emotions, keeping feelings like love or anger bottled up inside. It's a witty way to describe those who find themselves unable to articulate their emotions, leading to an emotional 'blockage'.

He's got so much love for her, but can't express it. The guy's totally emotionally constipated.

A term used to describe crappy artwork. A combination of constipated and impeded. A polite way of saying, "Your art is a piece of shit!"

1.Andy Warhol may be considered a great artist, but screen printing the same picture in a bunch of different colors is constimpeded.

2.Allowing your cat to scratch up carpet remnants and calling it art is constimpeded.
