A more crude and barbaric method of removing a ganglion cyst (generally on the wrist) by smashing it with a bible or other large, heavy book. It has been looked upon as one of the more effective methods because they normally do not come back afterward and is more friendly and cost efficient than surgical removal.
I had the doctor remove the ganglion cyst i had with a needle and it came back, so i asked Bob to give me Bible Therapy, and it was gone for good.

Thot therapy refers to any and all activity that encourages and accepts a person's sexuality and/or sex drive. Thot therapy includes but is not limited to slut support, banging your bros, and helping fellow hoes. Thot therapy is a positive thing and should never be used negatively.
