glass prison

Glass Prison can refer to a few things. Generally it is used to describe an addiciton to alcohol. However, it can also be used in the context of emotional problems. By having a mental problem that nobody can see, one feels essentially trapped in an invisible box. A 'glass prison' of such.

prison fishing

A common sport among prisoners when an inmate unwraps a Jolly Rancher and places it between his/her butt cheeks. Later that day, they remove the Jolly Rancher, re-wrap it, and set it on an empty table. They then move a few paces away and wait for an unsuspecting "fish" to "take the bait" and eat the butt-Rancher.
We were prison fishing for hours last week. The only downside is that my bum is still sticky.

Prison

A fishbowl for guppies. The real sharks get to stay in the ocean, and never fall into the mariners' nets. They instead run for elected office and make fortunes on Wall Street. Never do the big fish see the inside of an aquarium.
"The vilest deeds like poison weeds
Bloom well in prison air:
It is only what is good in man
That wastes and withers there:
Pale Anguish keeps the heavy gate
And the Warder in Despair."

Take no prisoners

Derived from a phrase used in wars. When a captain shouts "Take no prisoners!" He means, kill all of those that are captured. Back in the late 19th century, when wars were won either they took their enemies as slaves back to their own country or they kill them.

Today this is used as a compliment whereby if a person "takes no prisoners" she's actually KILLIN IT
Thirsty Guy 1: ayyy man, did you see Bia today?
Thirsty Guy 2: nah man, what up tho?
Thirsty Guy 3: she looked so fine. I swear that girl don't take no prisoners.

"Help. Someone. Let me out of here. I am stuck inside this face prison and I can't get out!"
