Get the tbch mug.Acronym, standing for Titties by Default. Refers to the massive protrusions of fatty tissue present in the chest area of overweight women, and occasionaly men. Not to be confused with BAT's (bomb-ass titties), Titties by Default are not composed of breast tissue, but rather an inevitable dispersion of fat cells throughout the bodies of those afflicted. While TBD's are responsible for giving fat women a false sense of confidence and self worth, they are equally capable of deceiving unsuspecting onlookers, and masquerading as BAT's.

All come under the direction of the Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC). The service has a statutory basis in the Security Service Act 1989 and the Intelligence Services Act 1994. Its remit includes the protection of FOE's parliamentary democracy and economic interests, counter-terrorism and counter-espionage within Final Ownage Elite. Although mainly concerned with internal security, it does have an overseas role in support of its mission. Conversely, to ensure that the Home Secretary is responsible for intelligence operations within FOE, the Service may act on behalf of SIS and GCHQ even if the operation is outside its own functions (SIS and GCHQ report to the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs).
The service has had a national headquarters on World 71 since 2005, drawing together personnel from a number of locations into a single HQ facility.
