Scooter is the nickname given for someone who exudes chaos and warmth at the same time. Scooters are known for being mischievous and spontaneous. Scooters love to scoot around and have fun.

Someone: “wow they just ate an entire bag of smarties in 2 minutes and yelled ‘yippee skipeee!’ afterwards!”

Other person: “Yeah, that’s Scooter! Scooter loves candy! They’re such a lil scoot!”

Scootiking

Scootiking is when you put the handle of the scooter all the way down, sit on the scooter, and ride it down a slanted surface. You have to make it over a certain course of bumps and raises. On the beginning turf you can go whichever starting direction you want: curvy, zig zag, etc. There is no time limit, but you have to finish the course without yourself touching the ground and get to the finish in one fell swoop. If you fail, you get 2 more attempts to try the course again. Courses are usually very short. No motorized scooters are allowed. LET'S MAKE THIS A SPORT!!! PLEASE!!! I created it when I was 10!

A person or group of people who ride scooters in the local wallmart due to their crippling obesity and growl and spit in the landwhale goblin tongue while refusing to give the scooter to some one who actually needs it and they usually never give the scooter up willingly.
