Can also be used to describe somebody who is kind / giving on the outside, but has cruel intentions hiding inside.

Politically green terminology

Their main concern is the environment, but in truth they are a watermelon; green on the outside, completely red on the inside.

waterfall bong

1. (n) The most effective device for smoking marijuana known to humans. The standard waterfall consists of a Gatorade bottle with a circular hole burnt at the cusp of its base, and a tin foil bowl built into the bottle's belonging cap, constructed to hold 0.1-0.2g of marijuana (1 "wat"). Waterbender

A Waterbender is a person in the TV series Avatar: The Last Airbender who is able to manipulate water. Generally used for fighting, it can also be used for healing. Waterbenders have the ability to control the temperature of water as well, creating ice and steam at will.

Waterbenders deal with the flow of energy; they let their defense become their offense, turning their opponents' own forces against them. The technique of redirecting Lightning, which is a Firebending attack, is based off of this fundamental Waterbending concept.

Katara, a main character of Avatar: The Last Airbender, is a Waterbender.

Waterloo

College town in Ontario that is extremely sus. Somehow considered a 'city' when the only thing there is the university, and all the dorms and apartments around it. Its economy would plummet if the university shut down.
