When someone named Tony is feeling depressed or not himself. The phrase comes from a printer or photocopier actually having a low level of toner.

Tony says "Dammit why does this always happen to me?"
you say "Looks like the Toner is low."

TownerFest

An annual celebration of a Towner...usually hosted by a good friend called Sam. They are totally awesome and take place sometime in the month of June. For some people, having summer birthdays means they get forgotten about or don't really celebrate it like they should...not for a Towner.

"Hey did you go to TownerFest last summer?"
"I sure did! Wasn't it a blast?!"
"It sure was! I can't wait for the next one!"
"Oh boy!"
