Marapets is a HORRID game.
They steal and claim it is theirs.
And they'll even let children on adult forums because they spent 3 bucks for an adult forums certificate.

It has stolen Spoink from pokemn and made it into a ZOINK. Same with other neopets.

Marapets copied neopets to begin with and it started pretty fun but now they've got new users on and it's backbreaking. It's infiltrated with noobs and noone can restock there unless you're god.

Plus they'll freeze you for playing on other computers and saying things like "Someone talked to me about sexual intercourses," And you go "WHOOPEEE!!! BAI BAI!!!" instead of the person who harassed you.

In conclusion...
Marapets sucks.
Neopets is much better!

A site that started out wonderfully that now is dropping popularity and fun. It's a horrible copycat site, after a few years of my onlooking and realization. Neopets isn't good, neither is marapets. When will someone come out with a decent, non greedy site?!?!
And here is a truth. Mara, in japanese, is a term for penis.
So feel free to call this site penispets!

Marapets

Marapets is truly a wanna-be of the wonderful, user-friendly Neopets. Having around 7 ads per page(!) Marapets.com is a hard game site to make your way around. The graphics of the Marpets games (compared to Neopets) are some of the worst I have ever seen! Some of the items/pets are even a tad bit disturbing.....take for instance that you are able to paint your pet Insideout or Zombie. The Yuni pet already looks gross to begin with. Well, I guess you can't expect much from a site that is run by a 17-year-old who needs and life, or maybe just a job. Neopets is all around the better place to play.

When at Marapets I come across many things that you don't (want to, and don't) have to deal with on Neopets.

A pet site that is way better than neopets due to it's increased friendliness, decreased pedo-ness and a generally better atmosphere.

One draw back- a certain adult player who thinks that the site revolves around her and spends too much time in the Price Check forum putting others down =D

marapets is a site that allows some of its members to be harrassed by other members that have staff friends while banning members that attempt to stand up for the members being harassed.

A member of marapets whom I shall call EZ loves to make forums bashing other members who have angered him in some way or those that have not allowed him to get the last word and staff allow these boards to take place and then a member will come along and tell him to stop and get mad that staff is allowing it and its that member that gets iced and not the trouble maker.
