A play on words of "360-no-scope", when someone in a video game spins around, facing away from their target for a while, only to face them again and land a defeating blow. When a person engages in flirting with someone else they believe to be a member of the opposite gender, but once they find out the other person is the same gender as them they persist flirting. Often happens in personal messages such as a Twitter or Discord DM, but could in theory happen in real life.
