It is a much more invasive pat-down that involves touching, probing, and feeling your body, including your genital area, to determine if you are concealing something.

It is what the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will do to you if you opt-out of the full body scanner, which takes a naked picture of you, before boarding an airplane.

TSA Agent: "If you won't let me to take a naked picture of you, then I'm going to rub your penis."
Child: "That would be sexual assault."
TSA Agent: "Nonsense, it's just an enhanced patdown. Now spread your legs."

Pathological

You describe a person or their behaviour as pathological when they behave in an extreme and unacceptable way, and have very powerful feelings which they cannot control.

A) Ex.: She experiences chronic, almost pathological jealousy. Her husband can't stand that anymore.

B) Brandon can't deal with anger without breaking everything around. I guess he has some sort of pathological anger.

Patience

Literally the best fucking person ever. Patience is someone you will always love and will always miss whether you like it or not. She has the best fucking personality, and is more attractive than anyone you will ever meet. You will really love this person, more than anyone else. Be thankful if you ever meet one. She can be petty and insensitive at times, but chances are she's aware of it. Don't get on a Patience's bad side, or she will literally bite your head off. Don't argue with a Patience if you can avoid it, because she really likes winning. She's an evil bitch, but you might love that.

Pathological TMIer

The Pathological TMIer has the tendency to blurt out far too much personal information that would have been better left unsaid. Similar to a Pathological Liar, they can't seem to keep the information inside, no matter how ridiculous or embarrassing it may sound to others. They have no shame regarding their blatant use of TMI (Too Much Information). On the other hand, the Pathological TMIer ALWAYS tells the truth, even in cases where a lie would most likely be better for their reputation.
