People that feel and think everyone they meet online is out to get them, and/or are things and people there not, and believe there out to get them, even knowing they could be talking to a real actual person or not, and believe in things that are not true.

John: My name is John doe and I live in the same town as you.

Sara: But I never met you before, and believe you to be an old man or something despite that you have pictures, and all other personal information showing your not, but I still think your not who you claim to be.

John: But you sound like one those Onlineaphobes, clearly you see I'm not some 40 year old guy I'm 18!
